Squeaky Shoes

For the first time in my life I feel the pain for cartoon villains. I suffer from squeaky shoe syndrome as well. It provides great comic relief though! The only time where it is annoying is when I am walking through the library. Imagine a dead quite room full of studious students studying for finals. Then something breaks the bone chilling silence. It is the combination of canvas, rubber, and a little bit of leather rubbing together. It's pretty awesome.

A Story Forever Told But Never Old!

*blows dust off page* Wow, I have really be lacking in this area! Time to give a little update. School started and it has been pretty interested to say the least. Words can not sum up the feelings of being a senior. Homecoming has happened and it was a ball and a half shell. First quarter is about to end and I the end of school is coming closer and closer. Every year it seemed like the end of the year came so slow but this year it seems like it is coming at me in full speed! I have to apply for college soon. I don't know where I want to go. I have decided though that I am gonna major in Business and start my own business though. This is all that is on my mind at the moment.

P.S. The New Jack's Mannequin album , The Glass Passenger, came out last week and you should ceck it out!

Everybody Get Dangerous...

Well today is the last day of my last summer vacation. Yes, I know that summers will come again but not one like this. I am gonna be a Senior this year so this summer was my last hoorah. When school ends life begins. Not that there is anything wrong with starting life but it is hard to comprehend that I will being starting college, and going on my mission soon. In my head it kinda seems like I just moved here from Michigan and I am in the 4th grade. My friend Zach said that it kinda still seems like he is still in the 3rd grade but this is just some dream he is having and that is a perfect way to put it. Its weird to think that this will be my last year of high school and that I have gone though all the grades. Here we go life is waiting to begin.

It's So Simple When You Know

Well this one goes out to Shark. I haven't posted in awhile and I have an excuse. I am working 2 part time jobs and I work a lot so I really don't have much time. I got my wisdom teeth out this week so I am typing this with one had while the other hand is holding a heating pad to my face.

Todays post is gonna be a rant on a fashion accessory called the "keffiyeh" aka Shemagh. The keffiyeh is worn by Arab man to keep the sun off them and used when dust storms kick up to keep sand out of the eyes and mouth. British troops saw the Arabs wearing these and many militaries have been using them since before WWII. It has recently been seen as "cool" and now is being jumped on by every Hipster in the nation. WHY PEOPLE WHY? Rachel Ray got smoked for a Dunkin' Donuts add because some people few the Shemagh as a sign of Palestinian Solidarity. Like we have pictured here. Look at the cute emo kid wearing one! Oh and then we have that girl modeling her Shemagh with a Pink Floyd shirt. SHE HAS PROBABLY NEVER EVEN LISTNED TO THEM!!!!! Let the real troops model these bad boys. Like this dude right here! In closing, Hipsters need to die!

It Takes More Than Combat Gear To Make A Man

Many people have weird hobbies. What is mine you ask? Airsoft. I like to dress up as a soldier and shoot other people with fake guns. Airsoft started over in Japan. Japan has very strict guns laws and you cant posses a real firearm ( This is as far as I know. Correct me if I am wrong.) And BOOM we get Tokyo Mauri which was one of the first airsoft manufactuers. It has been around in the U.S. for sometime but it isnt too popular. I'm sure most of you have seen a dumb springer that your little brother has. I am no where near that. That gun runs off a spring that you pull back to load. The guns that I have and use are runs off batterys that power motors that make the gun fire making my gun capable of shooting in fully automatic and single fire. I play with UCA (Utah County Airsoft) this is the website http://utahairsoft.org/. We have games about every month. UCA plays by the country system. Meaning we have groups that dress up depending on the country they are playing for. The Americans wear American camo, The German's wear German camo, etc. I am currently on the U.S. team. I've been playing for almost 3 years now and have had so much fun. If anyone would like to know more about it feel free to talk to me or look at the UCA website.

This Is Not The End.

I didn't write a post for last month so I feel like a bum. Just an update for everyone. My junior year ended with a bang, I ended up finishing with a 3.8 GPA, I am now employed, and I am currently enjoying summer vacation.

The last few days of school I learned a lot about myself. One of the main things was that I didnt realize how many people I am friends and how many people I know until yearbook day. This year my yearbook was jammed with signatures. Not trying to brag or anything. I also learned how much I really am gonna miss Chris and Johnny P. I have hung out with those guys so much and having TV/Video with them was a blast. Graduation bummed me out because I also realized how many people I am going to miss next year and how different it is going to be. I also came to a realization that this year was a key year for me. At the end of my Sophomore year I didn't know what High School was supposed to be like or how to have fun while in High School, but after help from a handful of people they showed me how High School should be and how to have fun.

I honestly really don't know how next year is going to end up but I am pretty excited for it to start. It is the end of a long 12 year career and the start of the rest of my life. I don't know if I should be freaking out or having the time of my life. Looks like we'll just have to wait and see...
