Keep it fresh, keep it clean.

Going along with Timeless thing number four that I wrote about Tuesday I have had a recent spark in the neckbeard. Urban Dictionary defines the neckbeard as

1. (n) Facial hair that does not exist on the face, but instead on the neck. Almost never well groomed.

2. (n) Derogatory term for slovenly nerdy people who have no sense of hygene or grooming. Often related to hobbies such as card gaming, video gaming, anime, et. al.

3. The ultimate beard for people who don't want to hide their face with a beard but still love beards. Seen on fierce indie kids, gurus, and football stars. Popular a hundred years ago on the likes of inspirational revolutionaries such as Abe Lincoln, Che Guevara, Bob Marley and Jesus and coming back now with a vengeance.

Here is a prime example of a neckbeard being modeled by the ever so creative Henry David Thoreau.
